FRIENDLY , fast, honest. They check out things to be preventative. They explain what needs to be done and why. They also don't hassle you if you chose to wait. Great place!

If I could give zero stars I would. We were beyond disappointed by our experience at Eich, who assured us they could do an oil change on our BMW. The result is hours after the oil change, the vehicle would not start, it had to be towed to the dealership where a dual failure occurred never before seen by the dealership and no failure was detected in the diagnostic prior to the oil change (which had to be redone due to a filter not recommended by the dealership). Instead of working with us on the more than $3,500 repair bill, they refused to cover anything, including the faulty oil change and tow.

We recently came in for a test drive of a Tiguan and he was the only sales guy from multiple dealerships that day to give us exactly what we asked for - fast friendly service with just the right amount of info! Super accommodating and next time looking for a Volkswagen will be asking for him!!
