My experience at car hop was wonderfull. It was easy simple and fast service. My sales consultant Devon was very patient and easy to understand. He explained things clearly and sent me on my way with a used vehicle. I'm happy I went to car hop!

Given my situation, i was still approved for a car and Devon was wonderful! He did everything quickly, and made sure i understood everything before i left in my new car. He was very sweet, and helpful. Thanks again!
Devon Redd was a great consultant and I was able to walk out with a pretty nice car per his suggestion! Highly recommended if you need to get some wheels and have bad credit!
All in all Devon did do a good job at getting my husband a car. However, when we had a blown head gasket less than 30 days after we bought the car, the warranty only covered repairs but not the rental we had to get to get me to work for the week. So now we are making payments on a car in the shop that is waiting for the engine they ordered and have to pay for the rental in addition. The only response I get from anyone is "you'll have to figure out something else. We can't help you." Suggestion: take the car to your mechanic right away after you drive away. to be sure that everything is mechanically sound. Initially, we gave Carhop 5-stars. Today it has dropped to 2-stars.
So, it took them 3 weeks and two car payments w/o a car, for the engine to be replaced. It was found that the radiator had a leak which caused the initial issue. However, the radiator is not covered under the warranty. So, we have to replace the radiator out of our own pocket. Minus 1 more star. AGAIN, have your mechanic check the car out within 5 days of the purchase so at least you can get a refund or exchange.
