Park Place is a excellent complex with a wide variety perks and benefits. Including several unique characteristics that you won't find at other apartment complexes in Saint Cloud. For example, a putting green and tennis court for sport enthusiasts. A weekly continental breakfast in addition to the delicious hot breakfast served once a month. A large community area that provides great oppurtunity to meet the neighbors and socialize with the community around you. As well as providing a perfect space for gathering friends and family. Park Place Estates is an excellent living quarters with quiet, spacious apartments, perfect for families, couples, and young people looking for a place to feel at home. In my personal experience I enjoy the peace and quite, compared to other complexes I have stayed at in the past. As well as the large living room and bedrooms, some of the largest that I have seen in Saint Cloud. It is also located near bus routes for easy access to public transportation, a golf course and the Quarry Park for recreation during warmer months.
