This is the worst apt building to rent with. Noah Spanier (property manager) requires all renters to have a co-signer. He is a bully and threatens the co-signers with legal action to intimidate the students that rent the units if he doesn't like something. He has a criminal record and I assume his parents bought this property for him as something to do. He harasses the renters, doesn't take care of the property and bullies the co-signers. He has been sued in court, and lost. I would strongly urge any parent or student to check out other apts.
Any incoming sophomores who are going to rent an apartment in Saint Cloud, DO NOT rent with Noah Spaniard who runs the apartment building 1021 on 6th ave. Not only did I slip and break my ankle after his negligence of not salting the parking lot, but am now even after moving out, STILL dealing with his bullshit. I sent a check for my last month's rent to which he took out of my damages deposit and then STILL cashed my check after I left several messages saying that I would pay the remaining amount after the rest taken out of my deposit, and told him to send me my check back. He never answered my phone calls which left me with the choice of leaving these messages, and so now I'm totally screwed over. Living there was hell because he never got anything fixed or answered his phone when you have a problem. I have never been so infuriated or met a more immature, irresponsible 30-something man in my life.
