We went there to look at a camper. We have never owned one before and had questions. This was our 3rd visit and no one stopped to help us. We even went inside on the showroom floor and walked around, stopped to look at brochures and still nobody helped us. We finally went to a different town and got the help we wanted and ended up buying a camper. I did go back in the fall to get something to help me winterize my new camper and the service department was very helpful.
We recently had our RV serviced at PleasureLand RV Center in Brainerd MN. The customer service was exceptional. Kelly did a great job of keeping us informed during the evaluation and repair process. Dan did an outstanding (unplanned) walk through when we picked our motor home up. When we left with our RV, we felt confident in every way that we would be safe and were fully informed of how to operate our equipment. Thanks guys! We are sold on PleasureLand RV Center and will be lifelong customers.
